Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, property postcode, preferred callback time, information about the roofing work and optional roof photographs.

How it is used

Topline Roofing Shrewsbury uses enquiry information and photographs to respond, confirm service coverage, understand the initial concern, discuss the property, arrange a survey and prepare or follow up a quotation. We do not use the website form to collect payment-card details.

Photographs

Only upload photographs that are relevant to the roofing enquiry and that you are comfortable sending to Topline Roofing. Avoid including people, vehicle registration numbers, private documents or neighbouring properties where possible. Photographs are an initial aid and do not replace an appropriate roof survey.

Website services

The enquiry form and optional attachments are securely processed and temporarily stored by Basin so Topline Roofing has a dashboard copy as well as an email notification. Basin's free plan retains submissions for up to 30 days. The coverage check uses Postcodes.io and the interactive map uses OpenStreetMap map tiles. Using those features may send technical request information to the relevant service.

Keeping and sharing information

Enquiry information and any photographs should be kept only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, quotation, project records and applicable legal or accounting responsibilities. They may be shared with service providers or professional advisers where reasonably necessary, or where disclosure is legally required. They are not sold as a marketing list.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information Topline Roofing holds about you, request correction, or ask a question about its use. Some records may need to be retained for legal, contractual or accounting reasons.
