A workmanship warranty relates to how the agreed roofing system was installed by Topline Roofing. It is different from the manufacturer's promises about the tiles, slates, membrane or other individual products.
Your project documents identify the work covered and the warranty supplied for the completed re-roof. Keep your quotation, payment record and completion paperwork together for future reference.

— Looking after the roof
No warranty removes the need to maintain gutters, control vegetation, monitor storm damage and address changes made by other trades. Keep the roof reasonably clear and arrange inspection if you notice movement, impact or water ingress.
